Training

Training

Learn DelPulse in short steps: a common start for everyone, then a learning path for your role, with a video, clear steps and a practice exercise in every module.

Made for any industry. The example workspace in this training, and in the live preview, is a made-up healthcare organisation (Midshire Health) and a network of care organisations (Westvale Care Partnership), so that every example is realistic and consistent. DelPulse is not only for healthcare. It can be set up for any industry, such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, local government or charities: you name your own networks, organisations, portfolios, programmes, products and teams, and DelPulse uses general terms unless you choose a sector pack in Governance settings. The way of working is the same in every industry.

How training works

  1. Start with Getting started. Short modules everyone takes, whatever their role, including how to assess yourself in your role.
  2. Follow your role’s learning path. Modules are in the order you will need them.
  3. Practise each module in the live preview. Every module ends with a “try it yourself” exercise as one of the example people.
  4. Use the role guides and the user guide when you need detail.
