Step by step

1. Open the gate review Project › Overview › Open gate review
   Each gate lists its must-haves and who decides.
2. Add evidence Gate review › Criteria
   Link records, changes and data; some criteria fill themselves from live data.
3. Check the people side Gate review › G3 and G4
   G3 needs every affected group told and trained (super users where impact is high); G4 needs the first adoption check.
4. Let the agent check Work › Agents › Gate Readiness
   On Enterprise+, it proposes an action for every missing criterion, owned by the Project Manager.
5. Decide Gate review › Decision
   Go, go with conditions, or not yet. Conditions become actions.
