One organisation with many products and projects. Adds the Portfolio layer: the PMO, business cases, funding decisions and every gate.
Layers: Portfolio, Programme and Project, Product, Team + foundationsExample: One organisation running several product teamsNetwork
Several organisations sharing a platform or roadmap. Adds the Network layer above each organisation’s portfolio: a shared roadmap, the Pulse Cycle and a solution library.

Optional, for a national or regional body overseeing several networks. A separate oversight workspace with authority over the networks beneath it. It sees what it chooses to see, sets national priorities and a required gate standard, and decides escalations; it does not do the delivery work itself. Most customers never need it.
