Grow in your craft with the people who share it, whatever team they work in. Video ready

Watch

You will be able to

  • Join the communities for your craft
  • Follow the year programme and the learning path
  • Assess yourself and keep an improvement plan

Step by step

  1. Find your communities Work › Communities of practice
One community for each competency. Yours come first, then those suggested for your role, with members, lead and next session.
  2. Join and read the charter Community › Overview and charter
Purpose, cadence, sponsor, the working agreement and how risks are handled.
  3. Follow the year programme Community › Year programme
50 weekly sessions: Start in weeks 1 to 17, Intermediate to week 34, Advanced to week 50. Choose I was there after each one.
  4. Work through the learning path Community › Learning path
Discover, Practice and Apply at your level, and the outcomes expected in each skill area.
  5. Assess yourself and plan Community › Self-assessment and plan
Score each area 1 to 5; DelPulse suggests your level. Only you see your scores; the lead sees the averages. Add two or three things to your plan.
  6. Share what you learn Community › Knowledge
Good practice, questions and lessons learned. Your communities and their next sessions also show on My day.
