You will be able to

  • Assess the impact of a change on people
  • Track communications, training and super users to readiness
  • Record adoption checks at 30, 60 and 90 days

Step by step

  1. Assess the impact Business change panel
On the feature, request or project, choose low, medium or high impact and say what changes for people.
  2. Name the groups Business change panel
Each group affected, how many people, how they are trained, how many are trained, and its super users.
  3. Plan the communications Business change panel
What, how, to whom and when; mark each one sent.
  4. Meet readiness Readiness checklist
Low: something sent. Medium: every group told and trained to the target. High: super users too. Until then the work cannot move to Released, and a project cannot pass G3.
  5. Check adoption Adoption checks
At 30, 60 and 90 days: how many use it, how-to calls, workarounds; On track, Needs action or Adopted, with a follow-up request if needed.
  6. See it all Governance › Business change
Everything getting ready and everything live, across the workspace.
