The safety case for the deployment, prepared to the relevant safety standard, built from the hazard log and signed before go-live.
Why it matters
Deploying a system without a safety case breaches the relevant safety standard (for example ISO 31000, IEC 61508 for functional safety or EN 50126 in rail).
