Linked documents
Business cases, designs and minutes stay where they live in SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams, linked to the work item or project they belong to. Opening one goes to Microsoft 365, which decides who can see it.
Why it matters
Copying documents into another tool creates two versions and a permissions problem. A link keeps one version, in the place your organisation already secures.
