Step by step

1. Sign in and open My day Workspace › Home › My day
   “Needs you” lists approvals, reviews and escalations waiting for you.
2. Move round the structure Workspace › Structure tree
   Click any unit to open its overview, work, records and decisions.
3. Search for work Workspace › Work › Search work
   Find items by key, words or filters, and save a filter you use often.
4. Check your inbox and messages Workspace › Inbox, Messages
   Mentions, assignments and channel posts arrive here.
