- Raise it from the work it serves Request, feature or defect › Child items
Add a change request under the request, feature or defect it serves, or change a request’s type to change request. - Record the supplier Change request › Supplier
Name the supplier and add their reference number. - Follow it on the Supplier board Product › Work › Supplier board
Raised, with supplier, quoted, approved, in build, delivered, testing, closed. It never goes into a sprint. - Test before closing Change request › Status
Test the delivered change before it is closed.
